Completion Date

It is expressly intended that your and Greatwater’s rights and obligations under your purchase agreement be construed in the manner necessary to exempt your purchase agreement and the sale of your home from registration under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, and both you and Greatwater expressly waive any right or provision of the purchase agreement that would otherwise preclude such exemption.
