Welcome to the neighborhood.

The Villages of Detroit

Harmonizing new and old

Located in Detroit’s East Village, our new builds are surrounded by some of the City’s oldest and most significant homes. Many of Detroit’s best bars, restaurants, art galleries, and shopping are just a short walk away.

A boat sliding across a river with a bridge on the right side and a tree-lined shoreline with buildings in the background under a clear blue sky.

Belle Isle, River Walk and world-renowned art in walking distance.

A large red brick historic building with a tower and multiple stories, surrounded by trees and landscaped grounds under a clear blue sky. There is a sign that reads "The Shepherd" in front of the building.
A peaceful park with a winding pathway, lush greenery, blooming flowers, and tall trees, with city buildings faintly visible in the background during sunset.

Detroit’s Belle Isle Conservatory, Aquarium and Oudolf Garden are only a stone’s throw away.

Empty sidewalk outside a brick building with closed shops and outdoor seating with benches, flower pots, and string lights. Trees line the sidewalk with sunlight casting shadows.

A charming neighborhood in the middle of the city. Five minutes to home, five minutes to anywhere.
